Our outstanding had crafted pure beef strips of jerky can be easily shipped to your door!  To help you understand our e-commerce purchasing portal, we will explain how it works.

How long from when my order is placed do you ship it and how long until I get it?

Typically, all shipments leave the jerky production facility within 1 business day Monday thru Friday from the date you order. You may not receive your shipping information until the evening after you press “submit”.

We use FedEx Express 3^rd day shipping as we want to facilitate the most reasonable costs for you while being aware you want your jerky as fast as possible. 

What about tracking?

You will receive tracking number when your order is placed and processed.  You can opt to get text alerts or just standard email when you are checking out. 

How long will my order take to get here?

We have a few options for you to ensure you get that jerky on your schedule. However, our standard shipping is 3^rd day FedEx Express.  If you would like to speed that shipment up to arrive, you can choose that at checkout.

What methods of payment do you take?

We take all major credit cards.

Addresses

A street address is required. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Please double-check addresses. Renner Corner Meats is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

We recommend sending your order to a residential address. Commercial addresses could have delays in delivery with no weekend deliveries.

If you live in a gated community, please provide your gate code on the address line provided to ensure an on-time delivery.

Gifts

Be sure to double-check the addresses for your gift recipients.
The billing customer is responsible to confirm gift recipients are available to accept deliveries.

Weather Delays

Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may delay your shipment. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

Do you take returns if you are not happy with the jerky shipped to you?

That depends on how it’s stored. When we produce beef jerky we print a “Best By” date of 12 months from packaging. Jerky stored under most circumstances will be just fine after 12 months. That said, if jerky is stored in adverse conditions, it can deteriorate faster. Storing jerky in hot, sunny places does the most harm and will cause the most damage. To maximize the life of jerky you should keep it in a cool, dry and dark place. Stored properly, jerky can maintain its quality even longer than the suggested 12 month shelf life.

Only one flavor in our product line has Glutens added and that is “Teriyaki” flavor. All of our other jerky products are Gluten Free.

Renner Corner Jerky is made from the highest quality beef, in small batches with a tremendous attention to detail. Our focus on quality starts with the cattle and doesn’t end until the product is in the customer’s hands.
